LIVE: A Special Televised Interview

Show Title: "Behind the Film: Daughter of Ashes – The True Story"

Host: Abu Malik – celebrated TV host, known for his wit and depth.

INT. STUDIO SET – NIGHT

The stage was bathed in soft amber lights. A large screen glowed behind the plush couches, displaying stills from the movie.

The cast — Erica Fernandes, Vicky Kaushal, Jannat Zubair, Siddharth Nigam, Dahiya, Sathyaraj, and Director Kunal Dev Raj — sat in a semi-circle, already mid-interview.

Abu Malik leaned in, his smile gleaming.

"We've heard how this film changed each of you. But the soul of this story... is still a mystery to many watching at home."

He paused. A beat of silence. The screen behind flickered.

Suddenly, the audience gasped.

The doors opened — and in walked Dr. Vyom Chaddha, tall, graceful in a classic black suit... and by his side, holding his hand tightly —

Piya Kaur.

Dressed in a radiant cream saree with a deep maroon border, her eyes shimmered — not with tears, but pride. Her presence felt like poetry walking into prose.

The cast stood up. Some clapped. Some simply froze.

Erica, visibly shaken, walked to Piya and embraced her.

"You... are my greatest role," she whispered.

Piya smiled gently. "You brought her to life better than I ever could have."

ON STAGE — INTERVIEW CONTINUES

Abu's eyes lit up with excitement and awe.

"Ladies and gentlemen — we now have with us the real Piya Kaur and her husband, Dr. Vyom Chaddha. Welcome!"

The audience erupted in applause.

Abu: "Piya, we've seen your pain... your fight... your fire. How does it feel watching your life unfold on screen?"

Piya paused.

"It felt like watching a stranger live through my memories... until the tears started. Then I knew — that was me. That broken girl. That quiet scream. But thanks to everyone on this couch... that girl became a woman who now speaks, fights, and thrives."

Abu turns to Vyom:

"Dr. Chaddha, everyone wants to know — the world watched you stand beside her like a rock. But when did you realise she was the one?"

Vyom chuckled softly, taking Piya's hand.

"When I was 9, she shared her chocolate and told me I was 'her forever person.' I didn't know what it meant then.

But 20 years later, when I saw her bruised, broken... still surviving — I knew. My forever person never left me. I couldn't leave her either."

Piya wiped a tear, laughing shyly.

"He still brings me chocolate every Sunday."

Audience laughs and applauds.

Abu leaned forward again:

"You've turned tragedy into triumph. But the question on every romantic's mind — what was your real proposal like, Vyom?"

Piya rolled her eyes lovingly.

"In a hospital corridor, after I had a panic attack. He hugged me and said, 'Marry me now — not when the world heals you. Let me heal with you.'"

The studio fell into an emotional hush.

Vicky Kaushal whispered to Erica, "We need a scene rewrite. This moment's too good."

💬 Final Thoughts from the Cast

Each actor stood and offered a single line directly to Piya.

Erica: "Thank you for trusting me with your soul."

Vicky: "You gave me a new definition of what love means."

Jannat: "I'll never forget the girl I became for you."

Siddharth: "You reminded me that boys can be protectors — with kindness, not fists."

Director Kunal: "I didn't make a film. I documented a revolution."

🎬 Fade Out

Some stories are too true to be fiction.

And some love stories are too deep to be scripted.
